(1) The Government of Nepal shall make necessary arrangements as prescribed to continue and promote the studies of students with disabilities.
(2) The Government of Nepal will arrange for special training for teachers who teach students with disabilities and for teachers with disabilities.
(3) The Government of Nepal shall provide educational materials free of charge to schools to ensure access to schools and learning for disabled students.
