: (1) Government of Nepal may specify that a certain number of persons with disabilities should be appointed in any establishment as long as suitable work is available based on the physical ability, training, qualifications and experience of the persons with disabilities.
(2) Establishments designated under sub-section (1) shall appoint persons with disabilities on the basis of priority.
