(1) The responsibilities and rights of the person who receives the certificate will be as follows:-
(A) Sadgat and kiriya should be performed or performed according to the tradition of the deceased,
(b) the debt owed by the deceased to be paid to the creditor, and
(c) He will have rights over the loans given and the property invested by the deceased.
(2) If a person dies and other than the person receiving the sadagat and kiriya aputali, the person receiving the aputali will have to pay the expenses incurred in the sadgat and kiriya of the deceased and an additional twenty-five percent of such expenses to the person doing the sadagat and kiriya. But if a person has arranged for the sadgat and kiriya of the deceased to be done through another person without doing it himself, then he can pay only the actual expenses incurred in doing the sadgat and kiriya.
