Rule 21
Organizations providing orientation training should submit details to the department

(1) Organizations providing orientation training to workers going for foreign employment shall submit the following details to the department before providing the training:-
(a) List of persons undergoing training,
(b) Name of Instructor.
(2) After providing the orientation training, the organization providing the orientation training shall submit the attendance report of the persons who have received the training to the department.
