(1) Before going to foreign employment, the workers should undergo orientation training on the following subjects according to the curriculum approved by the board:-
(a) Regarding foreign employment law of Nepal,
(B) Regarding the geographical location, culture, living conditions, economic, social and political conditions of the country to be employed abroad,
(c) Regarding the language of the foreign employment country,
(d) Regarding the labor, immigration laws and traffic regulations of the country going to foreign employment,
(e) HIV-AIDS, communicable diseases, sexual and reproductive health,
(f) relating to occupational safety and health,
(g) relating to smooth and safe travel,
(h) relating to the conduct, behavior and safety of workers,
(i) Relating to sending income earned abroad to Nepal in a simple, easy and safe way.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), the workers who have taken orientation training once and went to foreign employment, are not required to undergo orientation training again when going to foreign employment in the same country.
