: Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, except for the offense of Clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 4, the conviction that the accused has committed an offense from the evidence immediately obtained while taking action in the case related to other offenses under this Act. If there is a mental basis to do so, the court will have to keep the accused in custody and take action.
