Rule 14
Records to be confidential
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these regulations, the following records shall remain confidential except for the purpose of accident investigation:-
(a) Interrogations made or statements taken from various persons during the investigation,
(b) written or recorded records of the exchange of information with persons associated with the operation of the aircraft,
(c) medical and other personal information of the person involved in the accident,
(d) cockpit voice recordings and transcripts of such recordings,
(e) Air traffic control unit recording and transcript of such recording, flight recorder including analytical statement of information,
(f) cockpit image recording and any portion or transcript of such recording.
(2) No one shall publish or distribute the information and report received in connection with the accident investigation without the prior approval of the Ministry. But after the report is made public by the Ministry, there will be no obstacle to publish or distribute such information.
