(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the Council of Justice shall The court, the Judicial Service Commission, the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, the Attorney General's Office, the Nepal Law Practitioners Council and other suitable institutions may request the details of persons who are qualified to be appointed as judges according to the constitution.

(3) In addition to the details to be obtained according to sub-section (2), the Council of Justice shall publish a public notice of persons qualified to be appointed to the post of judge in accordance with the Constitution and details of persons who may be appointed to the post of judge in accordance with the Constitution who have worked as judges of any court or as an additional judge of the Court of Appeal before the commencement of this Act. will collect.

(4) The records according to this section shall be under the responsibility of the Secretary of the Council of Justice.

(5) The records according to this section shall be kept confidential and shall not be used for any other work than the work of the Council of Justice.

(6) According to this section, other arrangements related to record keeping shall be as prescribed.
