(1) Electronic chips of identity cards to be provided in accordance with this Act and the following details of the person to whom the identity card or identity number has been provided shall be kept in the National Identity Management Information System:-
(a) Name, Surname,
(b) Date of Birth,
(c) Gender,
(d) Nationality,
(e) National Identification Number,
(f) Date of issue of identity card and issuing authority,
(g) Photo,
(h) Address (permanent and temporary),
(i) Type of citizenship and citizenship number (in case of a person having a certificate of citizenship),
(h) Biological details, (k) Babru, mother's name,
(l) Baje, the name of Bajei,
(d) Name of spouse,
(d) Other details as specified.
(2) The procedure for updating the personal and biological details of the person who has received the identity card and providing the updated identity card based on that shall be as prescribed.
