(1) The local level shall prepare and update every year a record containing the specified details of persons with disabilities residing permanently within their area.
(2) The records updated according to sub-section (1) shall be sent by the local level to the ministry in charge of federal affairs of the Government of Nepal, the ministry and the ministry in charge of the social sector of the province.
(3) On the basis of the records obtained according to sub-section (2), the Ministry shall prepare an integrated statement of persons with disabilities.
(4) Persons with disabilities who are not included in the records in accordance with this section shall not be obliged to provide the services and facilities provided in accordance with this Act.
