Section 26
Records to be kept
: (1) The establishment shall update the records including the number of disabled persons working in its establishment, the facilities provided to them and other details as specified.
(2) The records maintained in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be kept open for inspection by those who wish to inspect them during office hours.
