(1) A person who wants to see, move or take a copy of records other than the prohibited records mentioned in Section 9 of the Act shall submit an application to the National Archives in the format as per Schedule-1.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the National Archives may allow the applicant to view, move or take copies of such records.
