Section 45
Can be done or caused by deposit
(1) General maintenance work, small regular work or cleaning work can be done by the deposit or the work can be done by the consumer committee.
(2) The procedure to be completed while performing or causing work in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
