Rule 5
Prohibition on seeking transfer before expiry of period
:
(1) If an employee who has been transferred according to Rule 4 spends the leave amount other than the public and festival leave granted by the rule and spends it outside the district, that period shall not be considered as the period in the district.
(2) Departmental action will be taken if the transferred employee does not go to his assigned place.
