Section 154
Actions can be taken in violation
: (1) The Labor Court may take action for contempt.
(2) If it is determined that the action has been disregarded in accordance with sub-section (1), the labor court may punish the offender with a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term of six months or both. The labor court can reduce or postpone the punishment under the conditions specified by the labor court, and if such conditions are complied with, the punishment can be ordered not to be executed.
