(1) In case of taking action for contempt in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Act, the debt recovery officer shall submit an application for disclosure of the conduct before the tribunal or the appellate tribunal.
(2) Violation of any order passed by the Debt Recovery Officer If received by the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal in accordance with (1), the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal may prosecute such person for contempt in accordance with Section 30 of the Act.
