Fostering and care of disabled or semi-disabled persons

(1) The custodian shall make arrangements for the upbringing, health, education, entertainment and care of the disabled or semi-capable person under his guardianship from such assets if he owns such assets and if he does not have such assets from his own assets.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1) provision of upbringing, health, education, recreation and care of a disabled or semi-capable person from such property as long as he has movable property and if there is no movable property or provision for upbringing, health, education, recreation and care cannot be made from such property, for such purpose The immovable property of the tenant can be sold with the prior consent of the court.
