A member or employee of a committee or appeals committee shall not be personally liable for any loss or damage caused by anything done or intended to be done in good faith in the course of performing their duties in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act. . But if someone does something with the intention of causing unnecessary pain, harassment or trouble, the person concerned should be held accountable for that.
