Section 124
<br> not to be held accountable for actions done in good faith
Officers or employees of the National Bank, Bank or Financial Institution shall not be personally or collectively liable for any act done in good faith in accordance with this Act or the National Bank Act or the rules, regulations or orders or instructions issued thereunder. (2) This Act or the Rashtra Bank Act or the rules, regulations or orders or instructions issued under it in the course of complying with any action or intention to do or intend to do in good faith, if there is any kind of lawsuit against the Rashtra Bank, bank or financial institution or its officers in relation to loss or damage. The expenses of such case will be borne by the related organization. However, the related person will be responsible for any work done with malice, negligence or malice, and the expense of the case related to such matter will not be borne by the National Bank or bank or financial institution.
