Section 107
<br> not to be held accountable for actions done in good faith
The governor, deputy governor, director or employee of the bank or the special administrative group shall not be personally or collectively liable for any action taken in good faith in accordance with this Act and the rules or regulations made under this Act or the order or instructions issued thereunder. But in respect of any act done intentionally or with wrongful intention, they shall be personally responsible. (2) Anything done or intended to be done in good faith for the purpose of complying with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act or the orders or instructions issued thereunder. If there is any lawsuit against the governor, deputy governor, director or any officer or employee of the bank, the bank will bear the expenses of such lawsuit.
