In accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, labor inspectors, occupational safety and health inspectors or any employee, employer or laborer engaged in the work of inspection, do or intend to do in good faith in the course of fulfilling their duties, cause harm to anyone. If it happens, no action will be taken against him. However, he will be personally responsible for any work done intentionally or with wrong intentions.
