(1) According to Section 19 of the Act, the person who wants to get a temporary passport should attach the application as per Schedule-4 and the documents as per Rule 4 to the relevant delegation. Application should be made.
(2) After examining the application received as per sub-rule (1), the commission will issue him a temporary passport which will be valid for a maximum of nine months. (3) Temporary passports issued under sub-rule (2) shall be canceled by the Commission at the time of issuing new passports.
