Section 34
To be kept in a hospital or similar place

(1) If an offender sentenced to imprisonment in accordance with this Act does not remain in custody, such offender shall be kept in a hospital or other similar medical center by the prison. 2) According to sub-section (1), the entire period of being kept in a hospital or medical center shall be considered as the period in which he has served imprisonment.
