Section 22
Emergency inspection
(1) The Supreme Court appoints judges of its own courts, High Courts and District Courts, the High Court appoints judges of its own courts, subordinate district courts or judicial or quasi-judicial bodies or offices of officials, and the District Court appoints judges of its own courts to hear appeals. (2) The judge conducting the inspection according to sub-section (1) shall disclose the facts revealed by the inspection and submit the inspection report to the Supreme Court, the Council of Justice, the relevant high court, and the quasi-judicial body or officer's office upon inspection, and submit such report to the relevant ministry and the relevant agency authorized to take action by the provincial government. .
(3) The Supreme Court may appoint a judge of the Supreme Court, High Court or District Court to conduct an emergency inspection of the proceedings of a case by any agency or official and submit a report.
(4) The judge assigned to inspect according to sub-section (3) shall prepare an inspection and evaluation report after completion of the inspection and send such report to the Supreme Court and relevant agencies authorized to take action by the relevant ministries and provincial governments.
