: (1) Akhetopahar collected from wild animals that have died due to natural or other causes or confiscated according to prevailing laws may be used by educational or research institutions for educational or research purposes.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the confiscated or seized Akhetopahar can be kept for exhibition in the Natural Science Museum.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) or (2), the Government of Nepal may destroy Akhetophar which is not useful and necessary for conservation.
(4) In accordance with this section, other provisions related to the use or destruction of Akhetophar shall be as prescribed.
