(1) The party shall formulate and implement a code of conduct to be followed by its party, officers, members and workers under the constitution, this act and the rules made under this act and the party's constitution.
(2) The party shall inform the commission that it has passed the code of conduct as per sub-section (1).
(3) The code of conduct according to sub-section (1) shall be followed by the relevant parties, officials, members and workers.
(4) Officials, members or workers who do not follow the code of conduct according to sub-section (2) shall be punished in accordance with the constitution of the party.
