(1) An updated list of persons, groups or organizations listed in accordance with the decision passed by the Security Council of the United Nations regarding the freezing of assets or funds of persons, groups or organizations involved in terrorist activities or manufacturing and expanding weapons of mass destruction or investing in them. The Ministry shall immediately put the information on its website and send the information to the Ministry of Home Affairs through electronic means. (2) The Ministry of Home Affairs shall issue an order to freeze immediately the assets or funds of the terrorist persons, groups or organizations listed under subsection (1) in accordance with this paragraph. (3) The Ministry of Home Affairs sub-section (2) and section 29f. The list with the order issued in accordance with this shall be published on its website immediately. The published list should be checked regularly on the website to get updated information about the person, group or organization mentioned in such list.
