(1) The insurer shall prepare and submit to the committee separately the account of income from insurance business within Nepal ………… within six months from the date of the end of each financial year in the framework prescribed by the committee. If an application is made for extension of the deadline by showing good reason for not being able to submit it, the committee can extend the deadline by one month.
