(1) There will be a co-ordinated relationship between the Commission and the State Public Service Commission.
(2) The commission may conduct necessary discussions between the commission and the chairman and members of the state public service commission from time to time to make the working of the state public service commission effective.
(3) If a State Public Service Commission requests the assistance of the Commission in relation to any matter related to curriculum formulation, question paper preparation or examination, the Commission shall provide the necessary assistance.
(4) If a State Public Service Commission wishes to have the work related to the selection of suitable candidates completed by the Commission, if a request is received from the concerned State Government through the Government of Nepal, the Commission may take action on the work related to conducting the examination of that State. After the completion of the work related to the examination conducted in this way, the Commission shall send the related documents to the concerned State Public Service Commission.
