(1) There will be a central office at the central level for the operation and management of the commission and the commission may establish other offices as needed at the department and regional, zonal and district levels.
(2) The position of the department and office to be established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the Commission.
(3) Offices of the Commission existing at the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with this Act.
(4) The organizational structure of the Commission and the appointment of employees shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commission.
