Section 3
Office of the Commission

(1) There shall be a central office of the Commission for the operation and management of the Commission.
(2) The office as per sub-section (1) will be in Kathmandu Valley.
(3) The organization structure of the Commission and the position of the staff shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commission based on the workload and appropriateness.
(4) The offices of the Commission existing at the time of the commencement of this Act shall remain in place until further order.
