(1) The Commission shall have a special fund of its own and the following funds shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,< /p>

(b) funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies,

(c) ) amount received from any other source.

(2) According to clause (b) of sub-section (1), if the Commission needs to receive any amount, it shall take action through the Government of Nepal.

(3) ) The amount remaining in the fund of the Commission shall be deposited in a bank account in Nepal and the operation of the account shall be as prescribed.
