(1) The responsibility of implementing the consultation as per section 33 or sub-section (2), (3) or (4) of section 35 shall be the responsibility of the officer requesting the consultation.
(2) If there is a special reason or situation and the consultation given by the Commission cannot be implemented, the officer requesting the consultation may send it in writing to the Commission for reconsideration.
(3) If there is a written request for reconsideration in accordance with sub-section (2), the Commission may consult again in this regard, assuming that the reasons or circumstances for reconsideration are well-founded and justified.
(4) Regarding the consultation received from the commission regarding departmental punishment, the officer shall implement it within the period specified by the commission and inform the commission.
