(1) The meeting of the commission will be held as per the requirement.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), if two members of the commission request in writing to the chairman that a meeting of the commission is necessary, the chairman shall convene a meeting of the commission within one week.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the commission will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a person chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(6) In the meeting of the Commission, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) If the Commission deems it necessary, it may invite a representative of any agency of the Government of Nepal or any native or foreign expert to participate in the meeting of the Commission.
(8) The decision of the commission will be verified by the chairman.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
