(1) All the work to be done by the commission according to the constitution and prevailing laws shall be done by the Chief Election Commissioner in case there is only Chief Election Commissioner and in case other commissioners are also present, they shall be as decided by their meeting.
(2) The chief election commissioner will preside over the meeting of the commission (3) The meeting of the Commission shall be held at the time called by the Chief Election Commissioner as required.
(4) The record of the Commission's decision shall be duly verified by the Secretary of the Commission.
(5) The procedure for the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission.
