(1) The meeting of the Commission shall be held at least twice a month.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) According to the instructions of the chairman, the opening secretary shall inform the members in writing at least twenty-four hours before the date, time, place and discussion of the meeting of the commission.
(4) If the majority of the members present in the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the commission will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the most senior member present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(6) The decision of the Commission shall be made by the majority of the members present at the meeting and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the Commission shall be certified by the Secretary.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission.
