(1) All the work to be done by the Commission in accordance with the Constitution, this Act and other prevailing laws shall be as decided by the meeting of the Commission.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be presided over by the chairman. In the absence of the chairman, the senior member among the members present will preside over the meeting.
(3) The meeting of the commission can be held if at least fifty percent of the members of the commission are present (4) The decision of the majority in the meeting of the Commission shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the Commission shall be certified by the Secretary of the Commission.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the commission shall be as determined by the commission itself.
