(1) The work to be done by the Commission in accordance with the Constitution, this Act and other prevailing laws shall be in accordance with the decision of the meeting of the Commission.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman as per the requirement.
(3) The Secretary of the Commission shall set the date, time and place of the meeting of the Commission and send the notice with the agenda to be discussed at the meeting generally forty-eight hours before the time of the meeting so that all members receive it.
(4) If a member wishes to discuss any other matter in addition to the subject mentioned in the agenda to be discussed in the meeting according to sub-section (3), the notice along with the subject and the reason for such discussion shall be given to the secretary of the commission at least twenty-four hours before the meeting. Information should be given to all members.
(5) Regardless of what is written in sub-sections (3) and (4), with the consent of all the members present in the meeting of the commission, a decision can be made on matters not included in the agenda.
(6) If more than fifty percent of the members present in the commission are present, it will be considered as a quorum for the meeting of the commission.
(7) The meeting of the commission will be chaired by the chairman.
(8) The decision of the Commission shall be by majority vote and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(9) The record of the decision of the commission will be prepared by the secretary of the commission and signed by the chairman and members.
(10) The most senior employee of the commission will act as the secretary in the meeting of the commission (11) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
