Section 4
Commission meeting

(1) All the work to be done by the Commission in accordance with the Constitution, this Act and other prevailing laws shall be in accordance with the decision of the Commission.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be presided over by the chairman. (3) If more than fifty percent of the existing members of the commission are present, the meeting of the commission can be held.
(4) The decision of the majority in the meeting of the Commission shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the Commission shall be verified by the Secretary of the Commission.
(6) Other 8 procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission.
