(1) The meeting of the Commission shall be held at least once a month.

(2) The meeting of the Commission shall be chaired by the Chairman and in his absence, the member appointed by the Chairman shall chair the meeting of the Commission.

p>(3) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.

(5) The decision of the meeting of the commission will be verified by the member-secretary.

(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the commission will be as determined by the commission.
