1) The Commission shall be dissolved after the submission of the report in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 4 or the expiry of the period specified in the notification regarding the formation of the commission or if the period has been extended as per sub-section (2a) of section 4, the commission shall be dissolved.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if there is reasonable ground that the Commission is not justified, the Commission may be dissolved at any time by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette in the case of the Commission constituted by the Government of Nepal and in the Provincial Gazette in the case of the Commission constituted by the State Government. The commission will be deemed dissolved from the specified date.
