(1) The Secretary of the Council of Justice shall act as the Secretary of the Commission (2) In addition to the duties, duties and powers written elsewhere in this Act, the other duties, duties and powers of the Secretary of the Commission shall be as follows:-
(a) executing or causing to be executed the decision of the Commission,
(b) To keep up-to-date, organized and safe the records kept in the Secretariat of the Commission,
(c) Employing the employees of the Commission with division of labor,
(d) monitoring, controlling, supervising the work of the Secretariat of the Commission,
(e) To inform the concerned person or body of the decision of the Commission,
(f) Liaise and coordinate with the Government of Nepal and other relevant agencies as required (G) To do other work specified by the commission.
(3) The Secretary of the Commission may delegate any of the powers granted to him to any gazetted officer under him as per need.
