Section 17
Implementation of recommendations, decisions or orders of the Commission
(1) For the implementation of recommendations, decisions or orders made by the Commission in accordance with the Constitution or this Act, it shall be sent in writing to the relevant officials, persons or bodies.
(2) If a written recommendation, decision or order is received from the Commission for implementation in accordance with sub-section (1), the relevant official, person or body shall implement such recommendation, decision or order within three months and inform the Commission.
(3) If it is difficult to implement the recommendation, decision or order received from the Commission according to sub-section (2), the relevant official, person or body shall send the related information to the Commission within two months from the date of receipt of the recommendation, decision or order from the Commission.
(4) If information is received in accordance with sub-section (3), the commission will consider the matter and make a decision again, and upon making such a decision, the commission may make a recommendation for implementation as is or with amendments.
(5) If the Commission decides again in accordance with sub-section (4) and comes in writing for implementation, the relevant official, person or entity shall implement the decision as soon as possible and inform the Commission.

However, if such official has retired from service after the decision of the commission, the relevant agency shall immediately provide the amount of such compensation to the victim and collect the amount from such person in accordance with the prevailing law.
(9) When compensation is provided to the victim according to this section, if cash is provided as interim relief according to section 9, the amount shall be deducted as prescribed.

(11) The commission may send the official, person or entity whose name is in the record in accordance with section 7 to the relevant agency for departmental or other action on the basis of violation of human rights or non-cooperation in the course of investigation, investigation or inquiry conducted in accordance with this Act. br> (12) Based on the recommendation made by the Commission regarding the violation of human rights according to section 7, the official or the person whose name has been made public may send a written notice to the relevant body not to be appointed, promoted or participate in foreign training for three years from that date.
