(1) The Commission may request the relevant person or agency for necessary assistance in accident investigation.
(2) If a request is made according to sub-rule (1), the concerned person or body shall provide the necessary assistance to the Commission.
(3) If a person or an official of an agency who does not cooperate according to sub-rule (2) is working in a public agency, the Commission may send such person or official in writing to the relevant agency for necessary action.
(4) If written in accordance with sub-rule (3), the relevant body shall take departmental action against such person or official in accordance with the law related to their service and conditions.
(5) Before taking action according to sub-rule (4), the applicant should be given an opportunity to submit an explanation in accordance with the law regarding his service and conditions.
