(1) The Commission may employ employees of constitutional bodies, government bodies, educational institutions or organized organizations for the conduct and management of examinations.
(2) Commission examination conduct and management. For related work, constitutional bodies, government bodies, educational institutions or organized organizations should provide support by providing staff or buildings.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2), if such staff is not available or not sufficient for the work related to the conduct and management of the examination, the Commission may also take the assistance of other suitable persons.
(4) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, if it is not possible to perform the work of the Commission only by the employees of the Commission, the Commission may send a written notice to the service management body to send the employees working in other offices to work.
(5) According to sub-section (4), the concerned body shall assist in appointing staff as per the written instructions from the Commission.
