Section 17
<br> that the Commission may hear complaints
Consumers who are not satisfied with the service provided by the service provider may lodge a complaint with the Commission as prescribed.
(2) According to sub-section (1), before filing a complaint with the Commission, the consumer must have disclosed to the service provider that he/she is not satisfied with the service received and the consumer has not received satisfactory treatment.
(3) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Commission may conduct necessary investigations and issue instructions to the relevant service provider regarding the improvement of the service level, and it shall be the duty of the relevant service provider to comply with such instructions.
