Subject to paragraph-4, only the author or copyright owner shall have the right to perform the following actions in relation to the composition:
(a) reproducing the composition,
(b) To translate the composition,
(c) amending or revising the composition,
(d) Making other transformations of the composition including combination,
(e) To sell, distribute or restore the original and copy of the composition to the general public,
(f) Transferring or relinquishing the right to an audio-visual composition, a composition containing sound recording, a computer program, a musical composition based on data or in the form of a graph, (g) importing a copy of the composition,
(h) the public display of an original work or a copy of such work,
(i) Presenting the composition,
(j) broadcasting the composition,
(k) To communicate the composition to the public.
