Rule 9
Matters to be disclosed in economic and technical study report and operational plan
In accordance with sub-rule (1) of Rule 7, the applicant must have disclosed the following matters in addition to other things in the economic and technical study report and operational plan: ) amount required to operate a telecommunications service,
(b) Ability to invest,
(c) Telecommunication system used for telecommunication service, its quality and capacity,
(d) If land is to be acquired while operating the telecommunication service, and if compensation is to be given, the amount of compensation,
(e) if a contract is to be entered into with any person or entity; (f) Method of Operation of Telecommunication Services,
(g) The amount of charges to be collected from the customer for the provision of telecommunication services,
(h) Other necessary matters prescribed by the authority.
