(1) The member of the tribunal and the officer hearing the appeal will be given five thousand rupees per month for housing facilities. However, accommodation facilities will not be given to the members of the tribunal or the officer who hears the appeal, whose home is in the district where the tribunal or the appellate tribunal is located.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the member of the tribunal or the officer who hears the appeal who cannot get housing facilities shall be paid one twenty five hundred rupees per month for house maintenance and cleaning expenses.
