5. License fee :-
When taking a license according to rule 4, the following fee shall be charged :-
(a) For the license fee for production of plot or other film to be produced by native and foreign persons, fifty rupees A ticket of Rs. But one thousand rupees will be charged for the license fee for the production of advertisement film.
(b) To distribute the film:
(1) Ten thousand rupees for distribution of Swadeshi films,
(2) Twenty thousand rupees for distribution of any film produced outside Nepal ……… within Nepal.
(c) The following fees shall be levied for cinema houses in the following areas for showing films:-
(d) For the construction and operation of the movie house, the following fees will be charged for the movie house in the following areas:-
However, within the village development committee of the remote district declared by the remote area development committee, half of the fee mentioned in this section shall be charged. 5a. One-way committee :- (1) With own or Nepalese citizensThere will be a one-sided committee as follows for policy making in relation to granting permission to foreign individuals or organizations who want to produce films in Nepal through a single agency:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communication – Coordinator< br>
(b) Representative (at least Rep. First Class), Ministry of Finance – Member
(c) Representative (at least Rep. First Class), Ministry of Law and Justice – Member
(d) Representative (at least Rep. First Class), Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(e) Director General, National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department – Member
(f) Director General, Department of Archeology – Member
(g) Representative, National Nature Conservation Fund – Member
(h) Representative, Film Development Board – Member
(j) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communication – Member
(2) ………..
(3) The procedure of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the Ministry.

(4) According to the sub-rule (1), the committee may invite related associations/organizations or experts to the meeting as observers.
5b. No need to obtain a separate license :-
(1) In accordance with the policy set by the ministry regarding the shooting of films, the producer is not required to obtain a separate license from any body in accordance with the prevailing law while shooting such films.

(2) If any agency sets separate conditions for shooting movies, those conditions should be provided to the Ministry.
